Project Engineer
I had a call with one of the recruiters just to learn a little bit about the job. This was followed by three Skype interviews before I was flown out to present and do a handful of one-on-one/one-on-two face-to-face interviews.
Mechanical Design Engineer
I applied online. The process was smooth and fast. I got an email stating there will be 3 interviews and asking some basic questions about me and my availability, and later immediately the interview was scheduled with the hiring manager.

The interview was lengthy, but as expected. It began with a phone screen, followed by a hiring manager screen, and then an on-site panel interview with about five people. The process concluded with a 20-minute presentation.
