Nobody competent was invited for discussion. Testing was from a completely different area. An arrogant and unfocused technician was on the other side. Testing was on bumper problematics, but I am a lighting engineer.

The interview process was unnecessarily long, lasting eight months. It resulted in my profile being selected as the suitable candidate for the position, but it never concluded with a job offer due to a lack of executive approval. More specifically,

I applied online. The process took 2 months. Not too formal of an interview. The interview was very conversational about my resume and mostly asked about my previous related experience in PLC and automation work. It asked nitty-gritty questions abou
