Considerate and laid back
While I worked there, my boss was very considerate of my skills and passions and gave me projects that I would be more likely interested in. The company also puts value on having a healthy personal life, so they are very lax with having people work from home whenever they want.
The age and large size of the company also make the work atmosphere feel kind of rigid. This makes it harder to try new things.
