Pros

Starting as a new college grad at TI is very difficult, but after time and with the right management, expectations and role become easier.

WFH and very few meetings outside normal work hours.

Cons

Pay increases are manager-dependent. There is no consistent stance on when an employee should receive a significant increase in salary and job grade. This is very manager-opinion dependent.
