Process

After being contacted by a recruiter, they scheduled a 30-minute phone interview with someone from the HR department. They would tell you if you made it to the next step of the interview process after it was done.

Next, a member from the HR team would call you to schedule a 30-minute face-to-face interview with a team from Home Depot. After that, they would say they would be in touch, but in some situations, they wouldn't contact you again if you were not the desired candidate. It was very difficult to get in touch with HR to ask about your status for the position.
