Panel interview in front of 6 people that lasted about an hour. Then, a tour of the plant/warehouse where I was able to ask questions in a more relaxed setting. Finally, salary negotiation after getting an offer on the spot.
The interview was casual, and the recruiter was easy to talk to. They allowed me to ask a lot of questions and gave me a very detailed look into what I would be doing as an employee at the company.
