It went well, and that was followed by an hour conversation with an engineering manager, which included a coding challenge. I described my previous work experience and completed the coding challenge in less than 5 minutes, despite the manager stating that completing the challenge wasn't critical. I was told that I'd receive a response either within the current week or the following. It has been nearly two weeks, and there has been no reply to my follow-up email to both the recruiter and hiring manager, so I am assuming that I have been ghosted.
