Quality Assurance Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland
Process
A horrible and demeaning experience. Go spend your energy and time applying elsewhere.
Everything went very smoothly from the very beginning; they were very welcoming. But after I received the offer, they suddenly pulled out and said the position was no longer available.
After going through three interviews and one screening in total, this is what I get? Just an "apology"?
A very incompetent and dishonorable company that never respects your dignity and value.

TikTok Work Experiences
- 1.0Great Colleagues, Zero IntegrityQuality Assurance • Current EmployeeDublin, Dublin, IrelandMarch 25, 2024Pros: Colleagues are great, nothing else.Cons: Management uses lip service, with no integrity. Performance reviews are a joke; the result is known before the process is completed. Management downgrades performance reviews for reasons known only to themselves. Policies for content moderation are, at best, vague and very badly written. There are multiple interpretations and overlaps, confusing to everyone. Policies are continually changing and affect the quality of work being done. There is nothing nice about working for TikTok.
- 2.0Good Benefits, Low SalaryQuality Assurance • Current EmployeeLondon, England, United KingdomDecember 28, 2023Pros: Good benefits: health insurance (Bupa) and gym allowance.Cons: High expectations in return for a low salary.
- 3.0The company is just cutting off all the benefitsQuality Assurance • Current EmployeeDublin, Leinster, IrelandJuly 13, 2025Pros: Annual leave, sick leave, and relatively good pay if started there five years ago. However, this is not the case anymore, as everything went up by 50% in the last 2 years.Cons: No career growth or any progress long-term, no pay raise.
