A great place to gain experience working in ambiguity and managing many different workflows and projects simultaneously.
Very poor hiring process. Half of your colleagues don't want to do the work. Some managers are capable and professional, but some really will surprise you. Hard to understand how they managed to go through the interview process. Salaries are small and performance reviews and bonus system is a game.
