Pros: - Work culture is good; the company throws parties, and there is a sense of fun.
- Work is interesting; you can see your changes on the app.
- Code is not that messy.
- Innovation can be seen and is comparable to other high-tech companies.
Cons: - A lot of turnover in leadership and managers.
- PM's ideas are not that great for growing the company. Sometimes they ask for help.
- Some employees are for sure clueless and being carried, which is worse than those that rest and vest.

Great place to work - room to grow

Pros: Awesome, passionate engineers. Top pay for LA, great perks. My hiring process was super great as well.
Recruiting was awesome and made me feel like they were on my side.
The bad reviews are baffling to me. I am pretty plugged in and the vast majority of people are super happy.
Cons: The growing pains that Tinder has gone through have been tough for some people, but I've seen it as a positive. We're growing up and adding more structure to a company that really needed it. People don't do well with change, so it makes sense that some people would be unhappy.

Pros: Interesting problem space, with good opportunities to solve technical problems at scale.
Cons: Almost no strong leadership and lots of deadweight in engineering (people in cruise mode and contributing very little).
