Good work-life balance; nice coworkers; Los Angeles is great.
Directionless leadership, inconsistent direction from product.
I applied online, and the recruitment coordinator contacted me two days later. We had a casual first phone interview, after which she immediately scheduled a technical interview with me in three to four days. Up to this point, it all went very well.
Phone call screening, then an on-site interview. When you arrive, they give you a tour of their office, then sit you down with multiple engineers to interview. Afterwards, the project/product manager(?) interviews you.
The process first started with a technical phone screen, followed by an onsite interview. The people I met seemed very nice, and I enjoyed our conversations. The coding interview wasn't overly difficult, though a language-specific question was asked.
