I met them on campus at a career fair. I received an e-mail asking to schedule a phone interview.
They were 30 minutes late in calling me. The person who "interviewed" me was chewing on something the whole time, which was distracting. The only technical question I was asked was "What's an interface in Java?"
The phone screening lasted no more than 10 minutes. It sounded like they were in a hurry and didn't really want to interview me.
