Poor work culture
Pay is very very high.
Not a lot of work to do as an intern. All of the people I have talked to feel bored every day. Not a lot of applicable engineering experience to gain. Everyone there seems unhappy with their job and has expressed to me their desire to leave the company.

Mostly behavioral questions. Also asks about what you know about the semiconductor process. Took about 4 weeks for the process. Sometimes the interviewer has a strong accent that is difficult to make out over a video call.
