Definitely good pay, and the work culture is trying to get better in some departments.
There is still no work-life balance for full-time employees. Also, HR is horrible.

Mostly behavioral questions. Also asks about what you know about the semiconductor process. Took about 4 weeks for the process. Sometimes the interviewer has a strong accent that is difficult to make out over a video call.
