One video interview with a team member, one with his boss. Both had clearly not looked at my resume beforehand. They had me talk through my resume and asked questions about my experience. It seemed important to them that I understood the technical background/theory of projects I had worked on.
Both of them heavily emphasized that this job would involve overtime 2+ times a week, as well as some weekend and night shift work. They asked me a lot of questions about how I felt about this and how loyal I would be to the company.
