The managers play the bad role here, making employees suffer together and creating a sense of bonding.

See construction making progress was cool, though it was delayed.
It’s hard for you to do well in the company if you don’t speak Mandarin. Softwares are either outdated or internal. You can’t learn much in terms of modern, in-demand skills. Your onboarding experience is gonna suck, but it gets better after about a year.

It was a basic behavioral interview over the phone to gauge my interest in the company, as well as see if I had basic knowledge about the role I was applying for.
Behavioral questions and asked if I was willing to work overnight shifts. Interviewers were nice and showed interest in my experiences. Did not get a second round offer. Overall experience was good.
