A lot of hard work. They seem to lure the interns with a false sense of what the company may offer in terms of flexibility, but it's not like that as a full-time employee.
Mostly behavioral questions. Also asks about what you know about the semiconductor process. Took about 4 weeks for the process. Sometimes the interviewer has a strong accent that is difficult to make out over a video call.
They just went over my resume with me and asked what I knew about semiconductors. They asked me to explain the process I would be working in to see if I understood it.
