The process might feel a bit overwhelming when you hear that you will have several interviews in a row.
However, every person took time during the interview to get to know me.
HR did a great job in keeping me updated on the interview process and also provided feedback sessions after the interviews.
In general, all interviews felt easy-going and friendly. People took time to get to know me and made sure I understood their values, requirements, and needs.

Pros: Great benefits package.
People are very friendly. Truly a great and supportive community.
The company operates in multiple segments, so there are a lot of development opportunities in terms of personal career.
For example, you could do ML, you could work with IoT, or perhaps you might be interested in Observability and help other employees understand what's going on with their systems.
Cons: I see quite a lot of people leaving. Although I don't have the stats on how many people are joining the company, the number of people who have already left seems quite big. But I guess it's normal in companies of such scale.
Perhaps I am just too naive to think that this doesn't happen a lot in other companies, but to me it seems there is quite a lot of some kind of bureaucracy going on. Almost every week I see some new initiatives which involve lots of new documents. Hard to keep up.

Cons: Budget cutoffs for books/learning, sports/gym, and big office/hub events.
Too many changes and key people leaving.
Stock price drop and unhappy investors.
