Process

Applied on the company's website and received a call from a recruiter within a few days. The phone interview was with the hiring manager; there were no technical questions. I was given a take-home exercise and subsequently invited for an on-site interview.

There was an hour of coding on a computer, which was manageable. The rest of the interviews involved general conversation and abstract discussions; there were no knowledge or logic-based questions.

Well, I am sure there are candidates better at talking than I am.

Cons: Too frequent org change. Manager involvement with employees is minimal. Managers are too busy with meetings with higher-ups and don't really take care of their direct reports much. But they are nice and willing to help when you ask for help.
