Great people and culture
- Good engineering stacks, not a lot of old tech.
- Pay is in line with Amazon.
- Allows remote work.
- People are very helpful and supportive.
- Leadership does not have a grasp of the company's financials.
- We are making big investments in areas that are not proving to be profitable.
We need a better balance between getting short-term wins and long-term investments that hopefully are wins.
