Process
Had an initial call with a recruiter; all seemed good, then was completely ghosted for a month with no replies to emails.
I then suddenly received a reply from a different recruiter asking if I could interview via video conference. I went through an initial interview with their internal recruiter, which he was late for, that seemed to go well.
I went through a second interview with their CTO, who was also late to the meeting, which also seemed to go well.
Was asked for reviews, which were sent.
Then received a cryptic message from a third recruiter stating they did not feel I would be a good culture fit and therefore would not continue with the process.
