Pros: The people: talented, humble, fun, and caring (for the most part). The environment: great city, culture, offices, and perks (coffee, lunch, beer, events, flexible hours, unlimited holidays <3). The product: loved by the customers, flexible enough to improve/extend, and still growing in usage and popularity.

Cons: The management: Hard work goes unrecognized. Doing next to no work seems acceptable at times. There's a general lack of awareness from leadership and management. The opportunities: Decision-making is not really a team consensus. Constant hiring of seniors means it's hard to progress. Pushing through your own ideas is tough.

Pros: Good Compensation and Flexible Work Options

Cons: Since 2023, there have been regular rounds of layoffs approximately every 6 months, often just below legal thresholds. Some of these have affected employees during or just before family-related leave. Leadership changes have introduced significant uncertainty. The leadership and executive team appear to have limited to no experience in similar roles, which has impacted strategic decision-making and employee confidence.

Pros: - Great culture - All your ideas are welcome - The place to work with cutting-edge technology - Nice perks

Cons: - Prioritization is sometimes a problem. - Yet we are looking for a way to organize the teams. (We must recognize it is not easy in such a growing company.)
