New management changed the whole culture.
People used to trust the management before that.

Career/development path was promised for a long time without delivering.

Engineer
It was very odd. They didn't ask many questions and were direct, but it was an overall easy interview. You just have to prepare for the questions and do some LeetCode, and you will be fine.
Front End Developer
Great job by the external HR. The live coding test was not described exhaustively, but the interviewers were nevertheless understanding and supportive. There were 4 total steps, counting the Codility test, and at the end of each one the feedback was
