Pros: Great product, fun environment, great minds, stable. One of the best paying companies in Barcelona, amazing office, flex (-ish) hours, and very nice people where you could make international friends for life.

Cons: New management changed the whole culture. People used to trust the management before that. A bit of sneaky attitude. More politics than ever before. More than half of the company left or was fired. Career/development path was promised for a long time without delivering.

Pros: In my opinion, this is still a good company despite all the layoffs. The payment is still above average, with lots of interesting stuff going on and an awesome engineering team.

Cons: Lots of woke kool-aid, payment discrepancies between regions, and no budget for people to meet each other at least once per year.

Pros: Nice product. Lovely colleagues. Flexibility.

Cons: The C-level team has been changing so much in the last few years, losing good people and hiring mediocre talent. The People team is political at all levels, with an uninspiring CHRO and a narcissistic head of recruitment. People are being let go all the time. There is no product vision, and I struggle to see a successful future for Typeform unless they sell the company.
