Very simple hiring process. Step 1) Technical Phone Interview #1. Step 2) Technical Phone Interview #2.

I was having trouble hearing him; I won't blame him for this. It might be the network. Also, his accent was different. But he was overall very helpful, giving me hints to solve the problems, but I lost half of my time understanding the problem.
