The entire interview process was handled by my university.
On the interview day, I had three different interviews with different interviewers scheduled at different times throughout the day.
Each interview lasted about 45 minutes. Two were coding interviews, and the last one was about design.

Pros: - Execute fast, move fast.
- Amazing growth.
- Great morale.
Cons: The benefit could be better. For example, it would be great if the company could provide a Caltrain Go Pass and a MiFi (hotspot) for employees who spend several hours commuting.

Pros: My team was full of amazingly talented people. I learned a lot, and career progression was great.
Cons: It feels like C-level management is just trying to cut costs, without looking back.

Pros: Lots of smart and young engineers to work with. But the working environment is competitive instead of collaborative. You need to be very aggressive and good at stepping on others' shoulders to move up.
Cons: Terrible culture and management team.
No work-life balance. Extremely long working hours and hard to get vacation days to recharge. You have to work even when you are sick.
