Remote job with local compensation
- Good teammates
- Can be a good stepping stone company
- Stressful remote job, but compensated locally.
- Terrible codebase.
- Projects are not very technically challenging.
- Promotions are handed out not because of developed skills, but because of tenure.
Stop treating Turkey employees as second-class citizens. We may be a cheap workforce, but we’re not – that – cheap.
