No feedback, vague questions, and uptight interviewers who seem arrogant.
It was not a pleasing experience at all. I will never be interested in working with these individuals.
They put on a pathetic, fake smile and try to prove themselves smarter than the candidates by asking really annoying questions, such as 'How does assigning a value to a variable work?'
Well, it just works.
Questions

They insist on computational complexity questions.

Pros: The company is very employee-centric. It takes care of all employee needs, such as commute, meals, travel, and recreation. Quarterly surveys are conducted to ensure that employee concerns are heard and acted upon. Work-life balance is also good. Compensation is also very competitive.
Cons: The marketing and sales team needs to do a better job selling our product.

Pros: - Good salary
- Good perks (food, Uber)
- Flexible (remote/hybrid model)
- Good learning opportunities
Cons: - Bad management (bad engineering managers and directors)
- Sinking stock because leadership does not have a clear direction around what to do
- Unmanageable workload (too much expectation because of pressure from higher management, and engineering managers cannot handle the same, which trickles down to ICs)
- Some engineering managers lack empathy (do not care much about the well-being of employees and just need work to be done)
- ICs have complained earlier about workload affecting their well-being and personal time
