Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

I'm not one to typically post reviews, but I was so disappointed and disrespected that I felt the need to write. I went through a phone screen, a technical assessment, and two days of four video conferences with the team at UiPath. After this extensive time commitment, I was called by the recruiter and verbally offered a position, agreed upon start date and salary, etc. I was told that I would be receiving details and would need to make a decision within the next few days. After this, all of my communications (emails to several people, texts, etc.) were ignored. I followed up for three weeks attempting to get some sort of explanation, but was and continue to be ignored. Even a courtesy response rejecting me would have sufficed after this treatment.

All potential candidates, please be cautious applying to a company that does not value human capital or respect your time as a candidate and potential future employee. Not a good reflection on the rest of the company.
