If you want to really understand the inner workings of the company, the co-founder left and the CFO that was there before IPO left because they visualized the challenges ahead.
The CEO needs to stop talking about accountability. He hires people in management he is friends with, such as the current CFO. The reality is this company can be worth zero in a year or two if they don’t make headways in AI.
Firing or pressuring management changes with people that challenge the views of the CEO and CFO will not help this company grow.
Instead of having yes-men, have people that cultivate an environment of real accountability and pivoting.
