Nice people to work with. Learning opportunity.
They cut all perks like wellness allowance. There was no salary increase; they just offered their stock, which has the lowest value in the market. There have been three rounds of mass layoffs in less than a year. They just hired so many people during COVID and now they are just getting rid of them. There is no work-life balance and lots of stress due to a lack of job security. They are working understaff as they stopped hiring. There is no transparency from higher management. After each layoff, the CEO cancels town halls and hides.
Accept your incompetence and quit!
