Pros: - Really smart coworkers who know how to GSD - Managers who actively discourage working nights & weekends - FAANG-level salary and benefits, and management also listened to employee feedback and added extra wellness/health/WFH benefits - Friendly, encouraging environment where people are happy to help out - Well-defined onboarding classes and milestones for a startup - Vanta customers who are really happy with the product. We defined this new market of continuous security monitoring, and our competitors are playing catch-up. (If you've been at a startup without product-market fit, you know how important this is.)

Cons: Uncertain wider market conditions that make it a tough time to be at a startup.

Pros: All people from the engineering side are amazing and fun to work with; performance reviews are a great way to get your salary bumped up once or even twice a year, and they are very chill regarding PTO.

Cons: I would say when you start you literally have no clue what is going on. You need to ask and research a lot to understand what is happening on your team. This is a good way to test how well you can work with little info, but I personally am not a fan of this.

Pros: Great coworkers, a great product, and fun times.

Cons: Growing company, and more bureaucracy and red tape.
