  • Hybrid work model.
Cons
  • There is significant pressure from an excessively high release rate without valid justification.
  • The environment is extremely toxic, particularly due to management's behavior.
  • Work-life balance is non-existent, as management completely disregards the idea of personal time.
  • Despite appearances, there is no IPO on the horizon.
Advice to Management

As someone who has been with Vast for a long time, I’ve noticed a decline over the past two years. The relentless pressure and extremely toxic behavior from top management, particularly in disregarding work-life balance, have become overwhelming for many employees.

It’s crucial to rethink this management style, or you risk losing valuable talent.

Vast is no longer a small, struggling startup; it's now a $9.1 billion privately held company. It's time to act accordingly and move away from trying to recapture the old spirit, focusing instead on a more structured approach.
