Learn new technology very quickly in the Martech space.
Good place for those who are just starting out and want to learn, as you will have a lot of work all the time.
Cons: Culture and work-life balance are horrible. There are incompetent managers and product managers who try to bully their employees with unrealistic expectations.
Long hours and burnout are common. Employees call in sick due to this very often.
There is a lack of empathy and respect towards employees.
