I applied online and got an impromptu call from a manager. We basically just had an easy conversation about choices, my current skills, what I've been doing, etc. The entire thing lasted about 20 or 30 minutes.

They asked what I would do in certain situations (not programming specific) and other general questions. Some programming questions about various languages.
