Process

It was a pool campus for 3 colleges with 1200+ participants.

  1. Written test by Aspiring Minds (C, Quant, Logical, English) [87/1200+] The test was conducted at their respective colleges, and the test standard is normal AMCAT level. Some questions were repeated. If you have written a few Aspiring Minds tests, it's a child's play for you.

  2. Group Discussion (30+/87) This completely depends on the person in charge. A few panels have the choice to select the topic and everyone's summary in the end.

  3. Technical Round (20+/30+) This was a really long interview. The TR for 38 took around 6 hours with 3 panels, and almost every IT part was asked. Longest interview rounds.

  4. HR (16) This completely depends on the HR manager in charge.

Questions

Every stage of the process tests a reasonable level of skills. There's no need to be the top in all areas, but you should convince the person in charge that you are worth hiring. Even if you fail to answer certain questions, you should show what you are best at.
