Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

The interview process started with a phone interview and then two HR interviews. One was on the phone, and the next was in person, one-on-one. This process itself took about four weeks and involved very long waits.

Later, they scheduled a group interview with some of the team members. The questions were general IT questions and questions more specific to the position I was being interviewed for.

My experience is that they were not very well prepared for the interview themselves and did not have a very clear understanding of their own requirements. They were not well organized, and I am still waiting to hear from them.

Let's see how long this takes!
