Process

I applied through a staffing agency as a W2 contractor. After 3 days, the agency recruiter contacted me and said the Verizon hiring manager would like to set up an interview over the phone.

The interview was arranged after 5 days and took about 25 minutes. Mainly, I talked about my experience, and they described the job requirements.

After a week, the agency recruiter contacted me again and said there was another interview with the team this time. The second interview was arranged after 7 days and took about 30 minutes. I started with an overview of my experience again, and then they started to ask me about management issues only, with no technical questions.

After that, I tried to contact the agency, but there was no response. After 2 months, they responded that the manager had made an internal hire within Verizon.
