Lack of opportunity to move to a more interesting team, but that is typical for companies of this size. Silo environment, not conducive to collaboration.
Remove seniors that are not contributing and hoarding information.

Release Manager
Initial HR interview to gauge interest and go over resume and job requirements. Very willing to accommodate my schedule for interview dates and times. Two other interviews with the Hiring Manager and VP of the group.
Software Engineer
First, it was the phone screen with the recruiter. Then, it was the technical interview with the manager and senior engineers. The last interview was the leadership interview with the manager.
Database Administrator
Was interviewed on a call. Good conversation regarding my previous experience and questions related to the current environment. Questions were asked on replication techniques for Oracle databases. Overall, a good experience. I got the offer.
