Pros

Benefits include people staying in their silos, which takes a very long time to get a small-scale project done, and old technology remaining in use.

Cons

Company values are non-existent.

Very old school mentality.

Full of Indian executives with big egos. They promise a lot to higher-ups, and thus upper, middle management and down ends up doing all the work, long hours, and on weekends.

Weekend work is assumed as part of the job, no questions asked. Just like that, a weekend is assigned, and you are assumed to be working.

Lots of meetings and inter-department fights. Nothing gets achieved in the end.

The same cycle repeats over years and years.

Advice to Management

We need to cut down on tons of executives and managers. This has led to culture degradation.
