Pros: - Excellent, cushy benefits at the level you'd expect from a bigger tech company (although no 401k match).
- If you're early in your career, you'll definitely be given high-level work, which can help you grow quickly.
- There are some very smart engineers in some teams there.
Cons: The administration is out of touch with the teams and goes back on their word pretty frequently. It can feel like the wrong people get rewarded constantly. It's not crazy to work on some weekends and work more than 8-6. Projects come and go on whims; what you're working on might get cancelled or changed weekly.
