Process
My profile was shortlisted for the JD, which is just a 25-30% match. I decided to attend the interview thinking there might be multiple positions open. I did clarify with the technical panelist that my profile is only a 25% match with the JD and I am not sure how the recruitment team shortlisted my profile. He just ignored me and started asking questions that were irrelevant to my profile. Finally, I cut him short, telling him not to waste each other's time, and declined to proceed further.
Overall, it was a very bad experience with Vimeo.
