Process
Besides the initial screening, there were two in-person interviews, which were great. They allowed me to get a feel for the work environment and culture. The first was a 1:1, followed by a panel. I got to know some of the folks I'll be working with.

Pros: The work is challenging, interesting, and moves at a fast pace. For me, that is fun and is the reason I enjoy software development.
Pees in my group are smart, and everyone has something great to bring to the table, which helps foster knowledge growth.
Benefits are good: company outings and parties, free snacks, a decent amount of time off, 401k, etc. Everything you would expect for when working for a company that has startup roots but is backed by a bigger corporation.
Cons: Occasionally, the lox cream cheese spread runs out before I arrive in the morning. As such, I am forced to use regular cream cheese or one of the many other artisanal cream cheese spreads.
