Process
Applied online and received a coding challenge. Had a phone call with a recruiter after completing the challenge, two 45-60 minute semi-technical interviews with the engineers I'd be working with, and a follow-up call with an offer.
Overall, one of the best interview processes I've been through! The recruiter was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive, checking in to make sure all my questions about the role, coding challenge, etc., were answered. The engineers I spoke to in my interview were also super nice and receptive to all my questions and even offered to help with the coding challenge. Overall, the process went really smoothly and gave me a lot of positive insight into the engineering culture at the company.
