There are still good people there. The pay/benefits are okay but not terrific. Probably a good opportunity for someone just starting out. Nice view from the top floor lounge.
The company has shed most of the creative force that made it a great, really great place. If you watch the recruitment videos, be aware that the vast majority of people in those were laid off or quit. Top management seems to churn rather quickly there, and they haven't had great luck in hiring people who understand why Vimeo was pretty successful.
The location is awful to commute to.
Like I said in the pros section, the pay is just OK.
