QA Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

It took me 4 months. Very slow process. First got an OA, then a phone screen. The HR missed the interview first time because she was on vacation and messed up with the time zone. Then followed by two technical phone interviews. Then HR told me that I could expect to get an offer or rejection letter in a couple of days but never got back to me. I followed up with 3 emails but never heard back from this company. Really bad experience. It is a waste of time and disrespectful.
