Process

Phone interview with hiring manager. He joined 10 minutes late and never bothered to apologize or even mention it. He didn’t even introduce himself. This was a very bad experience.

He was digging repeatedly for a weakness. He was not happy with the one I provided.

With power comes responsibility. This is a very good example of misusing power and bringing a bad name to the company. Also, he wrapped up 10 minutes early.
