Pros

Strong global brand and market reputation.

Cons

High internal politics: The CRM team in Bangalore is heavily influenced by favoritism. Promotions and opportunities often depend on relationships rather than merit.

False promises: Several employees are given verbal assurances about promotions or role changes that rarely materialize. This affects trust and morale.

Feedback not valued: Local feedback is routinely ignored. Most key decisions come from the US team with little room for local input or autonomy.

Lack of career progression: Despite delivering consistent results, many high-performing employees find themselves overlooked due to internal politics or lack of visibility.

Toxic culture in specific teams: The environment in CRM is not conducive for long-term growth unless one is willing to engage in non-transparent practices.

Advice to Management

Stop running a puppet show.

There needs to be a serious audit of team culture and leadership in CRM Bangalore. Meritocracy should be prioritized over favouritism. Ensure transparency in career paths, and genuinely listen to feedback from the India team before the company loses more good talent.
