It used to be a great place to work.
Compensation has reduced drastically. Perks have become non-existent. Company culture has gone haywire. Petty politics and favoritism in almost all teams. Management is the worst. Annual reviews are biased and unfair. Favoritism is at play in every aspect of the company. For the first time, we are fearing layoffs.
I think a lot of Indian managers are ruining the company culture. It has become more like an Indian IT service company.
4 rounds of interviews. Coding 3 technical rounds followed by 1 managerial round. 1st and 2nd rounds are more about technical and logical questions on Spark, Scala, Hadoop, etc. 3rd round is on the design front, asking how to design a framework,
The first round was telephonic and mostly covered core Java questions, which I cleared. In the face-to-face (F2F) round, the interviewer asked questions based on my resume's tech skills. However, I was ultimately rejected for not knowing core Java,
Applied on LinkedIn and received a call from a recruiter within a week. The interview was scheduled for the following week. Although I arrived before the scheduled time, I had to wait a long time before the interviewer finally showed up for the first
