Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - New Delhi, India
Process
The interview rating on the site is justified; the panel itself was confused. The interview was scheduled, but the panel wasn't available. Even HR wasn't aware of it and didn't bother to inform the candidate. In contrast, I had to connect with HR to find out if the interview would be conducted.
They don't respect the candidate's time.
